What if a tape is moldy or "blank"?

We attempt it. We've recovered footage from tapes the customer was certain were dead — including hurricane-era Betamax, sticky-shed VHS, and 40-year-old reels. If a tape is truly unrecoverable, you get a credit. You only pay for what we actually save.

Are my files going to end up training someone's AI?

Never. Read the Data Covenant — no public links, no ad targeting, no AI training, no data sales, ever. Sharing is private-only by design. When you're done with our cloud, the copy is yours to take and ours to forget.
